I bought a book on procrastination <\/p>\n
haven’t read it yet. <\/p>\n
I think the home team’s gonna win <\/p>\n
but I haven’t placed my bet. <\/p>\n
I’m gonna be in a band someday, <\/p>\n
just gotta practice more. <\/p>\n
I’ll have a nice big dinner too, <\/p>\n
as soon as I get to the store. <\/p>\n
I’m gonna be a strapping hunk <\/p>\n
just gotta lift those weights. <\/p>\n
And also have a super job <\/p>\n
the day I graduate. <\/p>\n
The men will all be jealous <\/p>\n
and the ladies will be swooning <\/p>\n
when I bring my gorgeous wife <\/p>\n
to the Portage High Reunion. <\/p>\n
I’ll write a book and publish too, <\/p>\n
when the time is found. <\/p>\n
both the young and elderly <\/p>\n
will laugh when I’m around. <\/p>\n
I’ll have a modern sculpture <\/p>\n
that’ll re-define the art <\/p>\n
and if I ever want to star, <\/p>\n
I’ll surely get the part. <\/p>\n
Polite refusal, shall I use <\/p>\n
to explain the consequent <\/p>\n
when they’re always saying, <\/p>\n
“You should run for president!” <\/p>\n
I’ll have my pick of famous folks <\/p>\n
for my association, <\/p>\n
but only those of grace & poise <\/p>\n
shall meet my stipulation. <\/p>\n
I’ll have a house of futuristic <\/p>\n
fantasy and form, <\/p>\n
where windmills make the energy <\/p>\n
and sunlight keeps you warm. <\/p>\n
All of life’s amenities <\/p>\n
shall be at my dispense, <\/p>\n
and my vast and great estate <\/p>\n
will be too big to fence. <\/p>\n
My philosophies shall shake the mind <\/p>\n
and put it all in place <\/p>\n
I’ll be pronounced the coolest dude <\/p>\n
among the human race. <\/p>\n
I’ll teach the young, and in their souls <\/p>\n
with wisdom I’ll bestow ’em <\/p>\n
and sometime in this lonely night <\/p>\n
